NCFC is excited to announce that Sohail Sahari has been officially promoted to the role of Head Coach for our u23s squad in 2026.
Currently undertaking his AFC ‘A’ Licence, Sohail joined our club in 2023. During this time, he has shown exceptional commitment towards learning our JNPL development program, implementing our playing style and upholding our core values that define our club’s culture.
Furthermore, Sohail’s international coaching experience namely, Coach of Afghanistan’s National Youth teams 2015 – 2021, makes him an ideal appointment to steer and nurture our next crop of internal players graduating into our u23s & beyond.
