2024 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST are now open to all female players who seek to join one of our football player development and competition programs for season 2024.
NCFC Program Philosophy.
We are excited to introduce our girl’s program which has had the biggest growth in our club’s 50-year history. In 2021, our club fielded 4 Female teams from just 1 in 2020.
NCFC are excited to offer female placements within the above football programs in season 2024 which will include:
- Female technical development training
- Physical -INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM offered.
- U11 & U12 – Developing female players are currently in Football Victoria – SAP programs
- Over 30 weeks of football within a calendar year
- All Female teams will be training x3 sessions per weekIn addition, NCFC will be offering and trialling a female senior team.
All our female teams are led by experienced AFC &/or FV Accredited coaches, competing in Football Victoria ‘A’ level competitions.
